Yahoo! Tomorrow at this time we'll be making our descent into the wonderful city of Los Angeles, OK, so maybe not that wonderful of a city, but it's home anyway! I'm sure Grandma Dee will be jumping up and down waiting for us at the curb. Its going to be a busy trip! After we land we are going to lunch, visiting with my grandparents, going by Mom's work to show off Emily, picking my sister up from school, going back over the hill for pictures with all four generations, having dinner with my grandparents, then back home for dessert and coffee with some old friends. Sigh. I'm tried already! And that's just the first day of the trip.
But before we can leave I still have lots of packing to do. It's amazing how much stuff a 12 pound infant needs for 5 days! Between her clothes, burp cloths, blankets, bottles, shoes, and musical (we can't survive the flight without it) there is no room left for me and Dave to bring anything. Especially when they charge you $15 for each suitcase!
Please pray for us and our 4.5 hour flight. And while you're praying, say a quick one for our good friend Tommie Coley. He was injured in a bad car wreck Monday morning and is lucky to be alive. God is so good!
