When we got married Dave and realized we'd have to change our Christmas routine to accomodate our families. We decided every other year we would go to California and every other year we would stay in the south to spend the holiday with his family. But no matter where we spent Christmas we would always celebrate before, just the two of us. Well, now it's just the 3 of us. So two nights before Emily and I were to leave for California we went out as a family to celebrate Christmas. We went to our favorite little italian restaraunt and then took a walk around the town square to look at the lights. It's a great tradition that has just emerged and one I hope to continue as our family grows over the years. Below are a few pics from the evening.
